1. The project

Unequal Climate is a youth-led, non-commercial educational project about climate justice. By using this site you agree to these terms. All figures on the site are indicative estimates compiled from public sources — including UNDP, the UNEP Emissions Gap Report, the Global Carbon Project, Oxfam, the World Bank and IPCC AR6 — and are presented for education and discussion, not as policy advice.

2. Intellectual property

• Original text, design, code and the interactive simulation on this site are created by the Unequal Climate team and belong to their respective authors.
• Credited photography — for example work by Pexels photographers — remains the property of its original creators and is used with attribution.
• Essays and interviews represent the personal views of their individual authors.

3. What you may do

• You are welcome to share or cite our content for non-commercial, educational purposes, with clear attribution and a link back to this site.
• You may not use the content commercially, remove credits or attribution, or present it as your own work.
• For anything beyond that — interviews, syndication, collaborations — write to support@unequalclimate.com first.

4. No warranties

The site is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep the data accurate and the sourcing honest, but figures are approximations compiled for educational use, and we cannot guarantee they are complete or error-free. Nothing on this site constitutes professional, legal or policy advice.

This site links to third-party websites and loads third-party resources. We do not control and do not endorse their content or their data practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not attack, disrupt or overload the site, attempt to access systems beyond the public pages, or use the site in any way that harms others. The site is a learning project — treat it kindly.
